By downloading or using the ShadowLoop mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the App.
1. Account Usage and Acceptable Use
- To use the App, you must authenticate using your Google or Apple account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
- You agree not to use the App for any illegal purposes, or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App's services.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
- ShadowLoop operates on a Freemium model, offering certain introductory lessons for free and requiring a monthly or yearly subscription ("Premium") for full curriculum access.
- Billing: All subscription purchases are processed and billed directly through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account. Pricing and local taxes will be shown by the respective store at the time of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew for the chosen period (monthly or yearly) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play or Apple App Store subscription settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the active subscription period.
- Refunds: Refunds are managed and processed in accordance with Google's and Apple's respective refund policies. Refund requests must be submitted directly to the corresponding app store.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All curriculum texts, lesson materials, audio files, graphics, branding, code, logos, and software ("Content") contained in the App are the exclusive property of ShadowLoop and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, redistribute, or use any Content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ShadowLoop.
4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ShadowLoop does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. ShadowLoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
5. Standard EULA (End User License Agreement)
For Apple iOS users, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies in addition to these Terms of Service: Apple Standard EULA.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms of Service.
